This is a comprehensive toolkit that allows sales reps to better understand the motivations of different types of customer prospects, their issues, and the product benefits and features that apply to them – a daunting task for most organizations. My design was chosen to introduce the sales representatives at Patterson Medical to prospective clients and to help them build lasting business relationships. By presenting personalized sales rep information to the client encompassed within innovative designs, the toolkit became a vehicle for greater interaction that also drove dramatic sales growth.
